Axiology’s Affiliates Program lets approved creators and publishers earn commissions on qualifying sales driven to corbo.pro through approved affiliate links, subject to the rules below and the Shopify Collabs Terms.

Axiology Affiliates Policy

Axiology’s Affiliates Program offers eligible affiliates, including blogs and other third-party websites (“Affiliates”), the opportunity to earn commissions on qualifying sales that originate from links on an Affiliate’s site to Axiology’s websites.

Axiology’s Affiliates Program offers eligible entities or individuals (collectively, “Affiliates,” each an “Affiliate”), the opportunity to earn commissions on qualifying sales that originate from links on an Affiliate’s Authorized Channel to Axiology’s website (“Affiliate Links”). This Affiliates Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when participating in the Axiology Affiliates Program (the “Affiliates Program”).

“Authorized Channels” means social media pages created and maintained by you, as well as websites, blogs, emails, and such other communications, media, and channels that have been accepted and approved by Axiology for participation in the Affiliates Program.

This Affiliates Policy contains the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Affiliates Program, which is operated through Shopify Collabs (“Collabs”). Affiliates are also subject to the Shopify Collabs Terms of Service available at https://collabs.shopify.com/terms.

These terms are a contract between you and Axiology LLC (“Axiology”).

By applying and participating in Axiology’s Affiliates Program, you agree to be bound by this Affiliates Policy. You also agree to abide by Axiology’s Terms and Conditions (https://corbo.pro/pages/terms-conditions) and acknowledge that you have read and understood Axiology’s Privacy Policy (https://corbo.pro/pages/privacy-policy), both of which are incorporated by reference into this Affiliates Policy.

Eligibility and enrollment

Prospective Affiliates must apply to join the Affiliates Program and be approved by Axiology, in its sole discretion, to gain access to the Affiliates Program. To be eligible for the Affiliates Program, you must:

  • Promote Affiliate Links through one of the following Authorized Channels: website, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok.

  • Have an appropriate amount and type of content, as determined by Axiology in its sole discretion.

The following types of websites or content are prohibited from the Affiliates Program:

  • All coupon sites.

  • All search ads (e.g., Google or Bing Search).

  • Any content with the intent to divert search traffic for coupons for Axiology products.

  • “Cash-back” or voucher sites.

  • Price comparison sites.

  • Sites that utilize iFrame or similar code for embedding media.

  • Sites using “pop-ups” or “pop-unders.”

Affiliates must apply through Axiology’s affiliate application process provided via Collabs and must provide and maintain complete and accurate registration, payment, and tax information. You are responsible for all activity related to your account and must promptly notify Axiology of any known or suspected unauthorized use or security breach.

Axiology reserves the right to remove Affiliates from the Affiliates Program and refuse service, for any reason, at any time. If Axiology determines that an Affiliate has engaged in prohibited activity, the Affiliate will be immediately removed and all pending/unpaid commissions will be canceled.

Commissions and payments

As an Affiliate, you are eligible to receive commissions for qualifying sales through Authorized Channels, with commission rates determined on a case-by-case basis. For current commission rates, refer to the Affiliate’s Collabs/affiliate dashboard experience provided by Axiology, and note Axiology may adjust commission rates in its sole discretion.

“Qualifying sales” are purchases made on https://corbo.pro (the “Axiology Site”) by users who arrived by clicking an Affiliate Link on an Authorized Channel and pay by credit or debit card. Affiliate Links and related banners or other creative assets (collectively, the “Creative Assets”) are provided through the Affiliates Program platform, and Affiliates must use Creative Assets only on Authorized Channels.

Commissions are calculated by multiplying the applicable commission rate by the price of qualifying sales, excluding shipping costs and taxes. Commissions are not paid on sales that are canceled, refunded, returned, or charged back, and commissions may be withheld or limited for suspected fraud or other legitimate reasons. You are solely responsible for any taxes due in connection with your participation in the Affiliates Program.

Axiology may, with or without notice, change, suspend, or discontinue any Affiliate Link or discount code at any time.

Affiliates who violate these restrictions may be suspended or removed from the Affiliates Program and may not receive commissions, in Axiology’s sole discretion.

Why Axiology Went 100% Plastic-Free

The beauty industry creates 120 billion units of packaging waste every single year and Axiology was part of the problem. Yes our lipsticks were ethically sourced, cruelty-free, vegan, and the tubes were made from 50% post-consumer recycled plastic, but it was still waste that would eventually end up in a landfill or our oceans. So in 2022, we ditched all of our plastic and focused our efforts on fighting the beauty industry’s massive plastic waste problem.
